Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

 

 

  • Processing Time: All of our products are made to order and go through a quality-check process before being shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship across the United States and select international destinations. If your location isn’t supported, we’ll notify you immediately after checkout.

  • Multiple Packages: Some items may arrive separately, depending on availability and fulfillment logistics. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Replacements

 

 

Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.

 

However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations & Order Changes

 

 

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, production may begin and changes cannot be guaranteed.
